Flexible Pool

From January 2024, Hounslow Consortium will be delivering the NWL Flexible Pool in partnership with MyLocumManager.

The Flexible Pool provides GP surgeries across the eight North West London boroughs with a range of fully trained, skilled, and experienced clinical and non-clinical staff to help reduce workforce pressures.

For individuals wanting to work flexibly, it offers the chance to be part of a local team working with consistent systems, clinical services and providers, and patient populations.

Working alongside MyLocumManager, our team leads on attracting high calibre clinical and non-clinical professionals with a connection and drive to work in NWL.  This ensures that GP surgeries have access to staff who are not only experienced in our clinical systems, local services and providers, but also our patient populations and the health challenges most commonly found.
