Meet our Team.
Rosalyn King
Rosalyn is our Chief Operating Officer, leading the Consortium as it builds its team to support and empower Hounslow General Practice and its patients. She Chairs the Hounslow Clinical Directors’ Forum and provides strategic support to Clinical Directors to support the development of the Primary Care Networks (PCNs).
Rosalyn has leadership experience going back much longer than she would like to admit and has been in the NHS since 2010, working in a number of roles all supporting Primary Care.
Rosalyn has a deep commitment to the local community having grown up in the Borough. She believes passionately in addressing inequalities and supporting those in our communities who need us most.
Lorraine Makin
Lorraine Makin is our Associate Director for Hounslow Primary Care Networks, bringing over with her over 15 years’ experience in NHS commissioning and provider services. She’s responsible for overseeing all service operations for the Consortium and ensuring the development of Hounslow PCNs.
Lorraine joined Hounslow Consortium in 2019 from Hounslow CCG as Head of Primary Care. Lorraine started her career in the NHS in 2004, joining the Hounslow Medicines Management team then moving into GP and acute services commissioning. Lorraine is passionate about patient care and ensuring we provide the best services for the patients of Hounslow.
Joanne Peh
Joanne joined the team in 2021 and is the Head of Hounslow PCN Pharmacy services. Joanne’s responsible for pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and advance clinical practitioner nurses. Joanne has a strong clinical background in intensive care (ICU), neurosciences (pain management), renal and cardiovascular medicine.
Joanne is building the research team for Hounslow PCNs with the inclusion of advance clinical practitioner pharmacists and nurses. This is a new and exciting model working alongside GP research leads, NIHR and secondary care research teams.
Joanne also guides the senior team in building an in-house competency framework on several key disease management priorities in Hounslow. Joanne’s pharmacy teams are currently working on a number of CVD projects including hypertension, lipid management, heart failure and atrial fibrillation.
Karen De Say
Karen is Head of PCN Education and joined the Consortium in June 2022 to lead the Hounslow Training Hub, which serves all General Practice and PCN staff in the area.
Since joining the team, she has established the Hub as the go to place for education and workforce development and grown the team to include a Nurse Lead Educator in each PCN, a Professional Lead and a Lead GP Educator.
Together along with our Business Support Manager, they have increased the number of GP trainers and training practices, increased the uptake of CPD funding in our nursing workforce, established the first PCN multi-professional learning environment in the area and deliver a regular clinical and non-clinical staff training programme which meets Hounslow’s specific areas of need.
Stephanie Hassanali
Stephanie is the Primary Care Training and Educational Lead. She participates in multi-professional education, facilitating forums, and identifying and advising on training needs. Stephanie line manages five PCN Nurse Education Leads and oversees various government-funded programs such as SPIN, ACP, and NA. She is committed to encouraging career progression, fostering education uptake, and enhancing the profile and representation of nurses across Hounslow.
Stephanie has been with the NHS since 2009 and has held a nurse leadership role since 2019. She holds the honorary title of Queen’s Nurse and continue to practice nursing across various roles. Having joined the team this year, she is bringing a wealth of experience and dedication to her position.
Alex Russell
Alex is our Head of PCN Quality and Performance, and has been in this role since April 2024. Prior to this, she managed the GP Support Service from 2017. Alex is a dietitian by background, and has worked in Hounslow since 2011 in various roles from dietetics at West Mid and in the community, to managing multiple health and wellbeing services across Hounslow, Richmond, Sutton, and Merton.
As Head of PCN Quality and Performance, Alex will be working closely with the ARRS teams to ensure productivity is maximised and quality is high, enabling the PCNs to feel real benefit from the many additional roles we have in place. She will also work with the operational managers in each PCN to ensure PCN priorities and objectives are being met.

Jana Labovic
Jana is the Senior Contract Delivery Manager and has over 13 years’ experience of supporting general practice in North West London boroughs.
Jana manages the contract performance of enhanced services, provides activity and financial information to member practices and the commissioner. Jana plays a key part of contract meetings providing supporting papers and reports.
Jana’s role is crucial in enabling practices to get the most from the funding available. Jana provides bookkeeping support to the PCNs and ensure they have all the income they are eligible for, as well as leading on monitoring payments for the local incentive schemes and enhanced services for member practices. Jana also produces monthly contract performance reports, “flex and freeze” reports for practices, taking lead on annual reconciliation.
Helena Stokes
Helena is our Programme Implementation Lead, focussing on initiatives that are Hounslow-wide or are on a broader scale. She works across a range of programmes and projects, supporting the leadership and team to get new projects up and running.
Helena has been working as part of the team since 2021. Prior to this she gained over 10 years’ professional experience of working within the NHS, since moving from the private sector. Helena’s previous NHS experience includes patient and community engagement as well as being the primary care lead for a London-based Clinical Commissioning Group.
Helena’s passionate about putting the patient at the heart of decision making, ensuring an individual’s motivations and preferences inform their own goals.
Awo Guled
Awo joined the team as PCN Business Support Manager in February 2022 and has a level 6 in Business and Events Management and BA Hons in Professional Practice Health Care.
In her role she navigates the intricacies of coordinating and facilitating training, managing communication for events and projects and documenting the Training Hub’s finances. Awo’s also responsible for the smooth running of administrative responsibilities and ensuring the PCN Pharmacy staff compliances standards are adhered to.
Awo was part of the ChelWest NHS Trust Covid-19 Mass vaccination programme, ensuring the delivery of safe and effective services, and has been involved in the management of private support services, gaining invaluable insight into strategic healthcare operations.
Claudia John-Lewis
Claudia John-Lewis is a PCN Business Support Manager, joining the team in 2022. Claudia brings over 2 decades of experience in data governance and business administration.
Prior to joining Hounslow Consortium, Claudia held the position as an Associate Customer Success Manager with Diligent Boardbooks Ltd – UK, a global leading modern governance company providing software as a service, to elevate the end-to-end corporate client experience through management of governance, risk, and compliance.
Claudia now provides business support and project management to the Hounslow Clinical Directors, GP Practices, and members of the PCN support teams to strengthen the efficiency of their financial operations, and fundamentally aid their delivery of high-quality healthcare services to their patients.
Connor Leslie
Connor is the PCN Business Support Officer, joining the team in 2024. He supports Karen and Helena in a multitude of projects as they come into the Consortium.
Connor is new to the NHS as he is working in the Consortium alongside his university studies in International Development at KCL.
Connor’s interested in the intricacies of general practice using a fresh perspective to see how he can better support GP surgeries and PCNs.
