Why should you join Hounslow?
In Hounslow, we have over 35 different employers responsible for the general practice workforce. We wanted to find ways to better support this workforce as a system, respecting the individual benefits and support a person gets from their employer, but finding ways to strengthen Hounslow as a choice for current and future members of this vibrant community of health professionals. Below are just some of the things people working across Hounslow Primary Care Networks can access as a non-contractual initiative, whether they are employed as part of a GP Surgery or at a PCN level.

A space to thank colleagues!
Regardless of which GP surgery or PCN team you are part of, you’ll be able to access the Each Person Reward and Recognition platform. Here you can send and receive eCards from your colleagues, whether it be to say thank you, recognise their hard work or even say happy birthday. Plus, we use it as a space to run staff awards. You can use any Each Person vouchers you win or are given in the Each Person shop, or change them for a voucher at your favourite shop.
Making sure support is at hand.
Colleagues across GP surgeries and PCN teams can also access Health Assured, an Employee Assistance Programme. If you are struggling with stress, anxiety or mood, or even have a practical issue you’d like guidance on, the service is free and confidential for you to access.
Supporting your training, wellbeing, and development.
Hounslow Training hub is here for you no matter if you’re just starting out your career or are a seasoned, advanced practitioner. We support all Practice and PCN staff in both clinical and non-clinical roles with non-mandatory training needs and career development through a framework of regular education updates throughout the year which are both face to face and online. You also have access to formal qualifications including apprenticeships. We look forward to welcoming you!
